If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, we will gladly exchange the product you purchased for a similar product of equal value provided that the products you purchased are returned in the following conditions:
New Condition: Products need to be in their original unused condition.
Original: All of the original materials such as product packaging, manuals, and accessories need to be included.
Timely: Returns and exchanges need to occur within 15 days of the original purchase date.
Please note that buyer is responsible for all of the return's shipping charges and a 15% Restocking Fee.
Manufacturers warranty is 30 days from original purchase date and is limited to defects in workmanship only. Incorrect installation and unintended usage of the items will void the warranty. Any normal wear and tear or discoloration or abuse is not covered by the warranty. Regal Brands is the sole judge of any claim or warranty. We reserve the right to refuse the return of certain orders which include items such as custom work, altered components, personalized items, media, and used merchandise.
The first step in the process is to contact us by sending us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at 562.266.1500 (Toll Free: 877.814.8282). Information necessary to start this process will be the Order ID# and your contact information. If this return or exchange involves a product defect for warranty claim, clear pictures of the product showing the defective area will expedite your process.
When shipping back your order, make sure that they are packed properly with sufficient sturdiness and padding. We would also encourage you to get a shipping tracking number and damage warranty coverage in case the shipping carrier damages or lose the package during transit. If the products are damaged during transit, we would not accept the return.
In order for us to identify your order, a copy of your order invoice inside the return package will help expedite your return/exchange process. If you do not have access to a printer, you could reattach the original invoice with your notes on or include a separate piece of paper containing your contact information, order number, and reasons for the return. Once we have received your return, it usually takes less than a week to process depending on the case. Please check your e-mail mailbox and your voice message as we may need to communicate with you to complete your return.
If you are expecting a refund, please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the refund has been issued for it to be posted to your bank account. The original shipping cost is not refundable unless it is the fault of the shipping carrier such as a lost of the package during transit.
