SHOPPING AND ORDERING

Q: How can I find the product I am looking for?
Our website has many tools available for your product search. The easiest way is by using the main header navigation at the top of the page. You will find the list of the main product categories there. Clicking any of the main categories will show you the full list of the products in that category. If you hover your mouse to any of the categories, you will find sub categories underneath them. Alternatively, if you know the product name, you could do a product search. On the right side of the header navigation is a magnifying glass icon. If you click on it, it will bring up the search box.

Q: How do I place my orders?
Once you have found the products that you're looking for, you will need to complete the product selector swatches on the right side of the product picture. Once this has been completed, if the product is available, the "Add to Cart" button will appear at the bottom of the product selector. Your shopping cart preview will show up sliding from the right side. You can adjust the quantity of the items by either entering the number directly to the quantity box or by using the + and - sign on the sides of the quantity boxes. To delete a product from the shopping cart, simply adjust the quantity to zero. Once you are ready to checkout, simply click on the "Checkout" button and follow along with the forms.

Q: Do you have printed catalogs?
We currently have our online catalog in this website to ensure that customers will have the most up to date information available. As new products arrive and older products gone out of stock, our virtual online catalog will allow all of us to be all 'in-the-same-page'.

Q: Do you offer live chat support?
We do not currently support this feature. However, assistance through phone and e-mail are available.

Q: Do you do a back-order?
Normally, no. When a particular item has gone out-of-stock, it sometimes means that it is either the items are produced in limited quantity or the newer model will have different features. So, 'grab-em' while they are still available!

Q: Do you charge sales tax for my order?
We charge sales tax only for orders that are shipped to addresses within the State of California.

Q: What type of payment methods do you accept?
We currently accepts major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. In addition, we also accept PayPal.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Q: How do you ship my orders?
We mainly ship by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Their services have been very reliable for our customers in the past many years while providing very affordable shipping rate. For expedited shipping such as Second Day Air and Next Day Air, we ship by FedEx.

Q: Where will my orders be shipped from?
Our shipping headquarter is located in a city of Brea, California.

Q: Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Order delay is a very rare occasion with Regal Brands. If your order has not shipped yet, most likely there is an issue that needs to be addressed. Your e-mail address and voice mail box of the phone number listed in your order will be a good place to start as we may tried to communicate with you. If you haven't received any message from us or entered your contact information incorrectly, our customer service representatives will be glad to assist you further either by e-mail (info@regalbrands.com) or phone ( 562.266.1500 or 877.814.8282).

Q: Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We do ship to certain countries outside of the US. Please use the checkout system to see if your country is listed.
